Mélanie Afonso operates as a natural person (travailleur indépendant). She is not registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS).

VAT: Mélanie Afonso is exempt from value-added tax under Article 56bis of the Luxembourg VAT Act (annual turnover below the exemption threshold). No VAT is charged.

2. Platform Developer and Publisher

The Mili-Maus website and applications are designed, built and operated by:

Luxxow publishes the Mili-Maus iOS application on the Apple App Store (developer: Luxxow S.à r.l.-S, Team ID CZY6SHVSXB) on behalf of Mélanie Afonso.

3. Hosting

The website and application are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd on a virtual private server located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).

4. Personal Data

Mélanie Afonso is the controller for all personal data processed through the Mili-Maus website and applications, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

All content on the Mili-Maus website and applications — including text, illustrations, graphics, layout and software — is the property of Luxxow S.à r.l.-S or is used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

The illustrations on the website and in the applications are generated artwork. They depict no real children.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice and the use of the Mili-Maus website are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
